Yes! Your designated Primary Billing Administrator has one-click access to the self-service Stripe Customer Portal. From the portal, you can switch between plans, update payment methods, or cancel anytime. Prorated credits are automatically calculated by Stripe.
What payment methods does Stripe accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ACH Direct Debit bank transfers for US enterprise customers.
How does KALFOX ensure multi-tenant data isolation?
Every tenant in KALFOX is partitioned with isolated data boundaries. Staff members only have access to clients and calendars within their authorized workspace, and client records are never mixed across tenant boundaries.
Can multiple staff members access our workspace?
